About Isaac Edmondson

My journey into health and fitness began well before I pursued graduate studies to become a physical therapist. I was first introduced to the weight room through high school football, where I loved the process of improving myself in a measurable way. When a torn labrum in my shoulder ended my football career, I shifted my focus to strength training and endurance sports, including running marathons in 2018 and 2024.

My passion for movement and recovery truly ignited after undergoing shoulder labrum repair surgery. I immersed myself in the science of rehabilitation, determined to return to the activities I enjoyed. This journey required countless hours of hard work and experimentation beyond traditional physical therapy. That experience deepened my commitment to movement, recovery, and longevity.

My Approach

 

I take a science-based, results-driven approach to personal training, blending my knowledge of biomechanics, rehabilitation and strength and conditioning to help people move better and perform at their best. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility or recover from an injury, my goal is to help you train smarter—not just harder.
